Course Overview

This course covers the essential parts of tourism and hospitality. Covered subjects are travel arranging, the types of places to stay, customer support and places around the world. Participants study the proper ways to behave culturally, observe proven safety precautions and recognize important eco-tourism practices. Participation in activities where students pretend or complete projects encourages communication and the provision of service.
