Course Overview

Grade 9 Second Language is designed to boost skills in all four areas: speaking, reading, writing, and listening. They grow their knowledge of vocabulary and grammar by engaging in dialogues, reading stories, and dealing with real conditions. Different cultures are examined to help students learn and value each other’s backgrounds. Students practice communication skills using role-plays, write simple pieces, and do comprehension tasks. Learning a language is focused mainly on doing it in practical situations. Taking this course helps you gain assurance in communicating in the language at school and in your daily life.
