Course Overview

Students in Grade 7 Creative Arts explore visual arts, music, drama, and dance further. They use a variety of advanced designs, forms, and materials in more than one type of art. The focus is on coming up with original ideas, showing what’s inside you creatively, and being aware of other cultures. Learners evaluate their own work and that of their colleagues. Collaborating and performing become major elements in the learning process. The program encourages students to become confident, to think critically, and to appreciate art.
