Course Overview
Through enjoyable activities, this Grade 3 Physical Education CAMBRIDGE course promotes physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, and healthy habits. Students practise fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, balancing, throwing, and catching, alongside games and exercises suited to their age. Lessons encourage endurance, flexibility, and motor skill development. Emphasis is placed on cooperation, sportsmanship, rule-following, and self-confidence. Activities can be done indoors or outdoors with minimal equipment, suitable for classroom or home environments. The course also introduces personal health concepts, including exercise, hydration, and nutrition. PE supports cognitive function and emotional well-being, enhancing overall learning.
