The Grade 3 Comprehension and Vocabulary IBSL module seeks to enhance students’ reading comprehension using guided reading, critical thinking questions, and class discussions. Students discover different genres, locate the main ideas, details, and make inferences. Vocabulary development is embedded through context learning, word games, and thematic word lists to enable students to construct their language skills and apply new words with confidence in reading aloud, speaking, and writing
