Course Overview

Grade 6 Natural Science and Technology consists of broad concepts in life sciences, physical sciences, earth sciences, and introductory technology. Students learn topics in energy, ecosystems, materials, and simple machines. Inquiry and experimentation are emphasized. Observation skills, measurement, and critical thinking are taught to the students. The course encourages curiosity and helps link science to everyday uses.
