Course Overview
Grade 3 Number Operations CAMBRIDGE course introduces Grade 3 students to basic arithmetic skills. Practical examples, graphs and exercises help students learn to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Learners use games, number lines and real-world stories to learn new ideas. Those learning work on using strategies and notations for efficient calculation and learn to understand the roles of numbers in different places in their value. The way addition and subtraction are connected is a central topic. Gaining these basic skills strengthens learners’ belief in their ability to deal with math and gets them ready for the next level of math skills. This course is created for those who prefer to see and touch what they learn, with each step described.
