Course Overview

This course shows students the basic principles of both physics and chemistry. Subjects essential to physics involve matter and its characteristics, atoms and their structures, forces, motion, energy, and simple chemical reactions. Science students carry out scientific experiments, observe their results, and use data to make conclusions. Pupils are guided to use critical thinking, to ask questions, and to work through tasks using the correct steps. The course helps students become interested in the natural world and use logical thinking. It gives students the background they need for more advanced study in science in the senior high.
