Refund Policy
At Study Buddys, we are committed to providing high-quality online tuition services tailored to meet the learning needs of every student. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Subscription Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to connect@studybuddys.ae within 7 days of the subscription start date.
- If classes have already commenced, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the number of completed sessions.
- No refund will be issued after 7 days from the subscription start date unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, relocation).
Missed or Cancelled Classes
- If a class is missed by the student without prior notice, it will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- In case of a tutor’s absence, the class will either be rescheduled or refunded based on your preference.
- If you cancel a scheduled class with at least 24 hours’ notice, it may be rescheduled subject to tutor availability.
Technical Issues
- If a session is disrupted or cannot be completed due to technical issues from our end, we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled session.
- We are not responsible for technical problems from the student’s side, such as internet outages or device malfunctions.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
